It's a loss of words or memories when you need them the most. You panic and they disappear for as long as the panic lasts. I would describe it as trying to think of a name, and come up with _________??

Even if I know them well and hang out with them often. What the heck is their name?

Why does that happen and how can we avoid it?

We need to RESET.
