LIGHTEN UP DAY 6 - Gratitude

It's liberating to have a source to rely on without hesitation or worry if it is true, or not. I've searched the world over to find the truth, and now that I have it, there is time on my hands to live. Before discovering The Medical Medium (Anthony William) books, many hours were spent weeding through hundreds of emails, research, double-blind studies, books, searching for a practitioner who might know some health-secrets, et cetera. This searching consumed my life. There was no time to live.

Now, I don't waste my time on the so-called science of man's botched research, or hidden agendas. What a relief.


I'm indebted to a Father in Heaven who loves us enough to care about what we eat. A Father who provides manna for us to live well, giving guidance to find the truth if we but ask and believe.

Feelings of gratitude run deep, as I witness the transformations taking place by following this simple path of LIGHTEN-UP 33, and experience the release of toxins, fat, weight, aging, depression, dis-eases, sadness, brain fogs, and more. Who knew at ages 66 and 72 - feeling good, energetic, healthy and having clarity of mind was available?

LIGHTEN UP is becoming a reality. Weight loss is over 10 pounds between the two of us.

Here's the deal of today (based on the book: Medical Medium Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal by Anthony William) Summary of Chapter 21: The 28-Day Healing Cleanse). Please join us:


  1. Start the day with a cleansing beverage

  2. Celery Juice, cucumber juice, lemon water, coconut water with Hawaiian spirulina, herbal tea or barley grass juice extract.

  3. Plain water is ok too.


  1. Fruit Smoothie

  2. 3 bananas, 2 dates, 1 Cup of berries (ok to add more bananas and berries.)

  3. Papayas, pears and mangoes

  4. Kale, spinach, cilantro, 2 stalks of celery or a spoonful of BGJ extract. Fruit remains the main ingredient. (BGJ is barley grass juice by Vimergy on Amazon)


  1. Another fruit smoothie

  2. Ok to make two servings first thing


  1. Salad with spinach, lettuce, cucumbers and any fruits of choice

  2. Berries, sliced mangoes, papaya chunks, grapes, orange or grapefruit segments.

  3. Dressing: half an avocado and handful cilantro with juice of 2 oranges (plus garlic and/or fresh ginger to taste)

  4. Optional additions: chopped cabbage, celery, cauliflower, arugula or baby kale, sprouts and scallions


  1. Snack on any fruits

  2. Apple, pear slices, dates, oranges, grapes

  3. Celery sticks, spoonful of raw honey


  1. Creamy suppertime spinach soup

  2. 2 Bunches of spinach, 3 medium to large tomatoes of equal quantity of cherry or grape tomatoes; the juice of one orange, one stalk of celery, a small handful of cilantro, and a clove of garlic in a high-speed blender.

  3. Other herbs, basil.

  4. Blend tomatoes and orange juice first, and add other ingredients.

  5. Garnish with sprouts, chopped scallions, chopped tomatoes, Atlantic dulse, and/or herbs. Over cucumber noodles

  6. Or Zucchini noodles, carrot and butternut squash noodles

Walking in the snow - this is a huge workout.
