Today we are consuming juices and affirmations. We want to lighten-up in all areas of our lives, releasing weight, fat, aging, sadness, wrinkles, liver-spots, and especially "stinking-thinking."


Anthony William: "Step fourteen is Affirmations. There’s a lot of information available today about affirmations, but this audio will help to simplify all of that for you. What is an affirmation? We’ll talk about what it really means and how to use affirmations to aid you in moving forward.

Affirmations don’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. They can be really simple and still help you immensely. Words are powerful. They have incredible meaning in our lives and in our futures. We have an enormous say in the things that we put into our lives. This doesn’t mean that we have control over everything that happens to us. It definitely doesn’t mean that the illness you are struggling with is your fault. Where are you are is not your fault. We’ll talk about this together and how to use affirmations to your benefit without allowing negative beliefs to creep in. I can’t wait for you to see the wonderful outcomes that can occur when we choose to speak positive truths over our lives. It’s time for you to start moving towards that right now!" : Module 14

Lighten Up with Affirmations

Affirmations can make us feel good down to our toes. Reframing how we think by saying affirmations to ourselves can make us smile for no reason, and cause healing all over. So do some good today for yourself and others. Pay attention to your words, especially those taking place inside your head. Try these affirmations on for size:

Every cell in my body is healthy and fit and so am I.

Every day I am exercising and taking care of my body. It's fun.

Every day in every way I am getting slimmer and fitter.

Every time I inhale fresh energy it fills my entire being, and every time I exhale all the toxins and body fat leave my body.

Healing is happening in both my body and mind.

I accept my body exactly the way it is and I constantly work on improving it.

I am a physically active person and that helps me reach my ideal weight.

I am capable of achieving my weight loss goals and I will not let anything stand in my way until then.

I am grateful to my body for all the things it does for me.

I believe in my ability to change my habits and create new positive ones.

I believe in my ability to love and accept myself for who I am.

I easily control my weight through a combination of healthy eating and exercising.

I enjoy life by staying fit and maintaining my ideal weight.

I feel my body losing weight in every single moment of the day.

I love myself unconditionally.

I no longer feel the urge to stuff my body with unhealthy foods and I can easily resist temptations.

I set myself free from all the guilt I carry around the food I chose in the past

It is safe and appropriate to change the shape and weight of my body

Life is beautiful and I enjoy life by staying fit and maintaining my ideal weight.

My metabolism rate is at its optimum level and this helps me reach my ideal body weight.
