It's important that we move - do something every hour: Jump, run in place, dance, box, treadmill, walk outside, breathe, rebound, zero-impact-runner, march in place, et cetera. Today we leave for Nome and will have NO INTERNET for SIX DAYS. I will be physically moving a lot, because I won't know how to act or what to do with myself without INTERNET. This is a real test of will power, because we will not have our juicers or the produce we have become so used to eating every day - keeping us lighter and lighter. Sometimes, we take our privileges for granted. Need an ingredient? Walk to the store. A fully stocked kitchen? No problem. An idea or problem to solve? Fire up the computer.

Nome? We shall see how we fare without computer distractions, or not having everything we need at our fingertips.
