LIGHTEN UP DAY 33 - The End

Today is the last day or end of the Lynne & Deb LIGHTEN UP 33 Day Transformation Program. It went quickly and left Lynne and me lighter in every way: We released pounds, fat, stress, anti-aging, pain, brain fog, and much more. We reframed old patterns and experiences through Zyto Scans and EVOX Therapy.

We watched the Iditarod (check off a Bucket List item), and lived in Alaska through our adventure. We found raw food and made juices in the wilderness. We lived in a TINY HOUSE and braved the ice and snow of Alaska.

We had a blast and hope you enjoyed going on this journey with us. So much so, that you are ready to start your personal lighten-up program. You don't have to do this in Alaska, but you can pretend.

All you have to do is sign up, hopefully with a friend who is ready and happy to walk this path with you. It's more fun when you LIGHTEN UP with a friend. You inspire each other.

On this last day, THE END of Lighten Up 33 Day Transformation, we want to help you lighten up about a heavy subject.

The heavy elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about is Cancer. The big "C" is one of the worst diagnoses anyone can receive.

Many of us worry about cancer 'landing' on us, since to this day no one knows where it comes from or why. I'm here to share with you, someone who knows and is teaching many to heal from cancer.

There is so much mystery around cancer and still no answers as to what causes it, from our medical leaders or science brainiacs. There is plenty of misinformation about how to "treat" it.

The horrible reality as to what is in store for those who choose to be treated by "modern" medicine or to try and "beat it" naturally or on their own, does not offer much hope. So,

How can we lighten-up our feelings about cancer?

Let's go back in time for a moment. In 1996 I received a diagnosis of "colon cancer," which was a death sentence then. Even today, 22 years later - not much has surfaced or changed in the healing department for "beating it," except we are told in order to "fight" cancer, we need to donate more money to a bogus cancer research - "they" will find a way to "beat it."

I say "bogus" because how can you research to cure something you don't even know where it came from? What causes cancer? It seems to me we have to know the cause of something before we can fix it.

In the meantime, we live in fear of the potential proclamation of "cancer" on ourselves, family members or friends, as it conjures up visions of horrendous suffering, usually leading to an untimely death.

So, again: How can we lighten-up about cancer?

I'm happy to say, I "beat" colon cancer in 1996 by going against the advice of my Marcus Welby, M.D. I ran (did not walk) to Pritikin Longevity Center and made a complete lifestyle change.

The modalities taught at the Pritikin Center worked for me, and now, fortunately, there is NEW information available for you to find ways to beat cancer, yourself. It is much easier never to get it, then to have to cure it, but this information will accomplish both: Never getting it, or getting rid of it.

The late Dr. Vincent Speckhart

During my Internship in Naturopathy, while walking with my husband through his cancer journey, we met Dr. Vincent Speckhart. He had left oncology, while at the top of his career.

Doctors sent their family and friends to him, until he "jumped ship," and became persecuted by the professionals who had respected him. They made his life miserable, but he fought for a new way of curing cancer until his death.
