HYDRATE


Are you interested in being healthy? Anti-aging? Weight loss? Having clarity of mind? Avoiding or reversing dis-eases? Having energy? Getting toned? Putting some pep in your step? Feeling young again? Getting better sleep?

You must hydrate.

Facts:

  1. Begin each morning with 16 ounces of Celery Juice.

  2. Try a Spinach Soup as it is very hydrating and gives you the right kind of sodium. See recipe below.

  3. You must have mineral salts. They do not let you get dehydrated. They are a different group of salts not yet figured out by science. They help you access the right kind of nutrients. Mineral salts help you say goodbye to ACID REFLUX, Addictions, Adrenal Fatigue, Autoimmune, Bipolar, Children's Health Issues, Allergies, Bell's Palsy, and more.

  4. 275M Americans out of 325M Americans are sick with something, and there is no answer for it. No cure, no answer. Science has nothing on this and isn't touching chronic illness needs.

  5. Our world is dehydrating, and the body is in constant conflict by trying to squeeze water out of something: your cells and organs, driving it into the stomach and glands - it has to work hard just to find water.

  6. Cooked food is dehydrating - need LIVE foods, foods with WATER.

  7. Coffee sucks the water out of us.

  8. Add lemon to your pure water - even 3 drops gives the body something it can use.

  9. Being dehydrated causes thick blood, which is slow-moving and makes the heart work harder, so it wears out earlier.

  10. Raw meals are crucial: FRUIT is best. Fruit is mostly water.

  11. Drink cucumber juice - along with celery juice, it is one of the best hydrating juices you can drink. Excellent for your skin, organs, brain, and everything that is good in your life.

  12. Coconut Water is very hydrating - even if it is pasteurized.

  13. Bone broth is extremely dehydrating. If you like it, you need to drink MORE water.

  14. Herbal tea is neutral - lemon balm cures diseases (put it in water and sit for 6 hours, especially in the sun. Then sip it throughout the day. Doesn't get any better than that, unless you add fresh lemon.

  15. Earl Gray, Black Tea, Green Tea with caffeine - really dehydrating.

  16. Lemon Water - drink 2 liters a day throughout the day.

  17. Anxiety, Depression, Dis-ease, Injuries - all will get worse if your blood is thick. HYDRATION is even more important. Feeling sad? Drink water. Inflammation? Drink lemon water.

  18. Read any book by Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj : Your Body's Many Cries For Water; or Water Cures: Drugs Kill, etc.

  19. Fresh squeezed orange juice is very hydrating and healing. Use every day - 32 ounces a day.

  20. Water is a natural detoxifier. Toxins and poisons are pushed out through hydration.

  21. Celery is critical for electrolytes.

  22. Living fruits are imperative. It's how we heal.

  24. Glucose and mineral salts (found in starchy vegetables) are essential for the brain and nervous system. We must have glucose and mineral salts, or we will fall apart.

Spinach Soup

The nutrients and healing properties are so significant that it's the perfect choice for anyone, anytime. If you have this soup every day, you will see amazing changes in your health with time. This wonderful soup is also very quick and easy to make, and because it's served as a raw soup, you can forgo the dirty pots and pans and get right to the good part - eating it! Spinach Soup Ingredients: 1 pint of grape tomatoes or 3 plum tomatoes 1 bag of baby spinach or 1 bunch of leafy spinach 1 stalk of celery 1 small clove of garlic 1 orange, squeezed 1-2 basil leaves or a few sprigs of cilantro 1/2 avocado

Preparation:

1. Blend the tomatoes, celery, garlic and orange juice. 2. Add the spinach a handful at a time until well blended. 3. Lastly add the 1/2 avocado and herbs and blend until creamy and smooth. 4. Pour into a bowl and enjoy. This soup is best eaten soon after preparation.
