DIETS DON'T WORK

We have all tried different diets. Being in the health industry, I try everything before passing on the information to you. I've seen first hand how every diet helps lose ten or more pounds only to see that weight return, plus some. Short term is seems ALL diets "work," long term, not so much. You all know what I'm talking about.


On the other hand, I've spent hours listening to your heartbreaking struggles with weight and addictions. I want to help very much and spend sleepless hours searching for solutions.


At the risk of sounding like a "used-car-salesman," I need to ask you a few questions about your experiences in weight: Are you having a hard time releasing weight? Or gaining weight? Have you tried every diet on Planet Earth, perhaps lost some weight, only to gain it back with a vengeance, gaining more than you weighed before you lost weight? And now, even your old favorite diets aren't working? Well we have some good news for you:


Here's the KISS news flash of weight loss: As usual, it's all about the liver. If the liver is overburdened, sad, overwhelmed, toxic and tired, the body will not release weight. It's that simple. Doing another diet, with lots of protein, fats, grains, and foods that feed pathogens will not help the liver do its job. One of his jobs is to release weight/fat. It ain't gonna happen until he's better: If the liver ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.


Let's examine a few things that we know about the liver. We know health and wellness are all about the LIVER. We've been learning how to help the liver and how to get out of the way so the liver can do his job. He never stops working 24/7 until we die. We learned the biggest job the liver has is fighting PATHOGENS (viruses), and he can't do that without the proper fuel: GLUCOSE. We are fearful of glucose and fruit in general because we've been duped by the "experts" misinformation.


When we are feeling as if WE are being physically attacked, it's not about us, it's the LIVER kicking the pathogens "butt." GO LIVER.


The more pathogens invading the body, the worse pain and malaise (and weight) we experience. Because the liver is battling them, and this makes us feel bad. We think the liver/body is attacking us, but it just isn't so. The liver declared war on the pathogens and they are not leaving easily. They are kicking and screaming. So, again: GO LIVER.


We've learned that pathogens love to eat and feed on these troublemakers:

  1. Heavy Metals

  2. Chemicals

  3. Radiation

  4. Certain Foods

So we work to help the LIVER eradicate those four troublemakers. And then we add a healthy cleanse, critical clean carbs and sit back and watch the following areas of life improve:
