I hope you are well.
How can I help you?
Thank you for all you do for me.
I'm figuring out what a big job taking care of me is.
And how wonderful you are at doing it.
That would be a great way to begin communicating with and getting to know your liver. Next we might want him to know we're sorry we haven't known more about him. We didn't know he is the REAL "boss-of-us," and that he works 24/7 saving our lives. We could let him know we care by using this simple Hawaiian Forgiveness Prayer to begin to make up for all the abuse given over the years (however unbeknownst).
FACT: The liver is our best friend and healer. We are the world to him and it's about time we make him the world to us. It's really in our best interest.
OK. Now we've made the introduction, acknowledged his importance and the fact that we are going to make changes for the future, saying we are sorry now requires that we change.
First, understand how important the liver is to our ... well ... everything. Let me explain: If I have a heart attack and go to the emergency room and live, I'll probably receive a stint because there is a good chance of a blockage.
When I wake up, the good doctors might tell me to see a heart specialist. Well, consider this: It might be better if I went to see a liver specialist because the bottom line is: My heart "messed up," because my liver wasn't doing his job. My heart was dealing with sludge and stress it was not designed to handle. The liver is highly qualified to deal with this. Why didn't he?
Because, in modern day Planet Earth, he is overburdened with heavy metals, chemicals, radiation, pathogens/viruses, and toxic food, water, and thoughts. From the start of life: at birth, babies are now being born with sluggish livers. We leave the womb, and come into earth - handicapped.

What if you could focus on one aspect of your well-being to transform all the others—and at the same time prevent health problems you didn't even know lurk beneath the surface? In today's world, we have no idea how many symptoms, conditions, and diseases are rooted in an overloaded liver. It's not only about liver cancer, cirrhosis, and hepatitis. Nearly every challenge, from pesky general health complaints to digestive issues to emotional struggles to weight gain to high blood pressure to heart problems to brain fog to skin conditions to autoimmune and other chronic illnesses, has an origin in an overloaded liver and can improve and heal when you harness the force of this humble organ.

Get it? All of our health focus should be on the liver. Our "humble organ." Now that is a pretty powerful statement and very important information to us health seekers and healers. What is the liver's job? Pretty much everything that has to do with our body. And I do mean everything. Something we should often think about, count on, and always remember:
Our livers work 24/7 to keep us healthy and save our lives. Each of our livers are responsible for ALL the organs in the body. Most likely, the liver sadly shakes his 'head' when we set off to fix our organs, even the brain, weight, pancreas, kidneys, etc., without his help or input. It's as if we send him a message that we don't need him - we-got-this; when there's no way we can do the job better than him. There's no way we can do anything without him: HE IS THE FIX. Basically the rest of our body is none of our business. HE is our business, if we truly want to heal and be well.
Now that we've "got a clue" about this reality, we better figure out how we can STOP getting in his way and how we can BEGIN to help. This is where it gets really fun. Let's go on a LIVER discovery journey to know what to do and what NOT to do:
Back to Ho'Oponopono - start communicating with your liver. Tell him how sorry you are for all the alcohol, harmful foods, bad thoughts, adrenaline junkie acts, etc., that we've done all our lives. Who knew? We thought we were goats and could eat and drink anything. And we also thought, when young, that we would live forever. Basically impervious. WRONG.
All the time, our liver was running behind us sweeping up the debris we created. We put the cart before the horse. The liver is our work horse and what an amazing horse he is totally capable when we stop putting too much junk in the cart.
Understand that when we get a pain somewhere in the body, rather than spend all our time, energy, and money trying to solve the mystery of that pain (unless it's an injury - and then that is obvious - but he can also heal us faster and better than anything or anyone else) - go to the liver and see what happened to cause him not to be able to do his job. Why are we getting the signal that something is going on and something is needed to be done? Probably rest and hydration could begin to do the trick.
Here's what he likes, and it is helpful if we give him more of these things: Glucose. Sleep. Rest. Hydration. Sunshine. Humor. Play. Critical Clean Carbs. Celery Juice. Leafy Greens. Fruit. Meditation. Forgiveness. Movement. Creativity. Killing pathogens/viruses. Removing Heavy Metals. Juices. Purpose. Faith. Prayer. Affirmations. Truth. Acknowledgment. Reset.
Here's what he dislikes: Troublemakers, and it is helpful if we give him LESS of these things: Protein. Fats. Sugar. Viruses and Viral Waste Matter. Toxic Heavy Metals, Pharmaceuticals. Chemical Industry Domestic Invaders. Bacteria and Other Microbes. Chemical Neuroantagonists. Petrochemicals. Toxic Adrenaline from Emotional Traumas. Radiation. Troublemaker Food Chemicals. Feeding Pathogens/Viruses. Troublemaker Foods.

Anti-Bug Cleanse Chapter 15
WOW. That's a lot of stuff to avoid. Now you can see why the liver is overwhelmed and struggling, and why your other organs and body systems are not feeling that great either. He is overburdened with the amount of toxins and life-style practices. He cannot do his job. He stores as much as he can and then has to let off some steam, and the other organs aren't designed to handle these types of "steam." Everything starts breaking down - including and especially, YOU. The one every organ is trying desperately to protect.
Do yourself a solid and start helping out. Give your liver his favorite and only fuels needed - GLUCOSE and MINERAL SALTS. Avoid the troublemakers. The sooner the better.
And BTW, he, nor your body ever turn on you. NEVER. Dis-ease forms from the fights he is fighting. Think about it. Why would the body ever turn on itself? If you die, it dies. Your body is not stupid. It's just overwhelmed. Help it out. Slow down and avoid the toxic stuff. Try living better/cleaner by giving him more of what he can actually use and less of what he has to work to get rid of. Especially if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Re-think "auto-immune." It's just not logically true.
Do this until noon:
Do more of this every day:
Oh, and BTW - when you are saying your prayers of gratitude, don't forget to be thankful for your amazing liver; and the guy who brought us this information: Anthony William www.medicalmedium.com
