What Are The Unforgiving Four?

The Unforgiving Four are the four key factors causing an endless amount of suffering today. They are the Viral Explosion, DDT, Radiation, and Toxic Heavy Metals.

Each of these four health threats can wreak havoc all on its own. Still, when a combination of them is present in us, they can really get a strong foothold and cause an incredible amount of suffering over time.

Frequently, someone won't even think they have anything wrong with their health until later in life when they experience a rash of symptoms for the first time and chalk it up to menopause, are diagnosed with a disease, or the doctor doesn't know why you have depression, headaches, anxiety, fatigue, or another mystery symptom and says it's all in their head..

Yesterday we learned how to ensure health and wellness by drinking 16-32 ounces of FRESH made Celery Juice (with nothing else mixed in) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Today we are learning what causes dis-eases and health impairments, and how we can go a step further in preventing, removing or reversing dis-ease.

There is good news and bad news.

The bad news is that we are daily bombarded by DDT, radiation, and toxic heavy metals in our world. They can be found in our air, water, and food sources. It's a constant battle. One, we cannot afford to stop fighting.

Drinking celery juice every day is the best thing you can do to claim health, but it won't remove all the DDT, Radiation, and Toxic Heavy Metals found in your body. We need a back-up plan.

The good news is there is good news! The best way to fight and win the battle to secure health and wellness is to make and drink a delicious smoothie, called The Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. Easy peasy.

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie


  • 2 bananas

  • 2 cups wild blueberries

  • 1 cup cilantro

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1 tsp barley grass juice powder

  • 1 tsp spirulina

  • 1 small handful of Atlantic dulse

  • Optional: water or coconut water or fresh orange juice to blend


In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy

Hmm, This article has awaken me to let's take a fresh look at fresh celery as a super food. I'm also reviewing articles by Anthony Williams for clarity on this wellness change. Second, the subtle but intentional use of hazardous metals in our food sources is the "white elephant in the room."
